Mr. Leo Liang is a businessman, property developer and entrepreneur, based in Foshan, China. He has a particular interest in education and is currently creating his first kindergarten project just outside Foshan city. He has extensive experience of working with all types of property development in the Pearl River Delta Region of China, and enjoys close links with local governments, architects, manufacturers, investors and educationalists across South East Asia. Leo is Founder and Director of Foshan Sinostar Co., Ltd, China, which specialises in the manufacture of ceramics and related products.
