Jay is a British educational entrepreneur based in Taipei. He arrived in Taiwan at the age of 18 and shortly after enrolled for a degree in Chinese at National Taiwan Normal University. He graduated in 2017 after which he co-founded the Graceful Hands Kindergarten company. The Graceful Hands operation is now operating at full capacity and is one of the most successful of its type in Taiwan. As Director of Graceful Hands, Jay focuses especially on staff development and school climate, ensuring that all children experience a learning environment which is English in delivery, inclusive and practical in orientation.
